If you haven't heard
already, a fire destroyed my
company. My wife and I
watched helplessly as twenty-five years went up in
smoke. But as in nature, the fire made way for abundant
"new growth", a new beginning.
Standing at the crossroads of life, I had a lot of
decisions to ponder. For a time I decided to completely
retire, as this business has been quite good to me.
However, I missed my art and the connection I had to
collectors. After much consideration, I elected to go
back to the 'field of my dreams"...art. But this
time, there would be changes.
I made decisions that will benefit collectors worldwide.
I decided to retire several pieces, severely limit
production and make smaller versions so everyone could
afford to collect my sculptures.
Beginning with the new "millennium", we will
only sell to a "select few" dealers in each
state. We will limit production of larger works to 3,500
pieces or less! Lastly, no more "big
business"! I love my work and have vowed to keep my
company small for evermore. This reduced production
means that there will probably not be enough to go
around. I realize that this may make it harder for you
to find my sculptures but then again...isn't that what
makes an artist's work special and even more
collectible?
It's a "new dawn" for all of us here at the
studio. A fresh start. A chance for us to reach new
collectors and expand on what has become a wonderful
collectible series. I wish to take this opportunity to
express my sincere thanks to dealers and collectors
everywhere for the support and patience you have shown
me while we rebuilt the company. I hope you enjoy the
