The "Hidden Story" Behind "CLOUD DANCER" - EAGLE The Artist's Statement Playful, cute, inquisitive and swift as lightening! A simple twitch of the tail, and the otter glides effortlessly through its watery world. As this pair looks at you with wonderment, you can feel the thought going on behind their wet, dark eyes. But there is more to this underwater scene than just otters as I have hidden four fish and a snake's head. Two fish can be seen at the top of the piece as if they were part of the upper otter's tail. Below and to the right of the lower otter's head, you will notice the head of a snake. Now, turn the sculpture so the otters face to your right. Do you see two more fish? Have I told you all?
